Eight years of plain numbers, in plain English.
Each report is a four- or five-page note, written by the treasurer, covering what came in, what went out, and what we did in the churchyard that year. The Charity Commission filings live alongside, on the public register.
Reports are uploaded each March, once our independent examiner has signed them off. The official filings (with full notes to the accounts) are also available on the Charity Commission register entry for 220026.

Reading the numbers
- The figures shown are the bequest’s own cash flow — the small interest from our deposit account, paid into specific items in the churchyard.
- The actual work in the churchyard is larger than the bequest’s figures imply, because volunteer hours, donated materials and parish funds are not included here.
- The bequest holds a permanent endowment (a small capital sum) which is not spent. Only the income is used.
- Our independent examiner is Lyndsey Whittaker FCCA of Christchurch — appointed annually since 2017.
The official register entry is the long form of all of this.
Trustees, accounts, governing document and most recent return are all on the Charity Commission’s public website.
